Lovell opened has a dedicated regional team, which now totals more than 60 people operating across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire, with a number of large-scale housing developments. Delivering tailored housing solutions that meet local needs and driving long-term social and economic value, our experienced team are well-versed in the specialist delivery of each unique project, keeping the end user in mind throughout.

Alongside new-build developments covering multiple tenure types, Lovell’s work with the public sector is increasingly involving the refurbishment of redundant, under-used or under-performing buildings.
