Fresh plans for a huge residential development have been revealed.
Designs for the scheme, on derelict land on Crocus Street in Nottingham, have been redrawn. The development will sit alongside the new HMRC offices at Unity Square, due for completion in 2021.
Initial plans had included 149 private rented sector units, 420 student flats as well as shops and a gym to be designed by Stephenson Studio.
However, fresh designs seen by TheBusinessDesk.com reveal that developer Cassidy Group now wants to build 320 PRS residential units and three retail units across a scheme that will scale between four and 12 floors in height.
The development originally had a value of £50m and was to be designed by Stephenson Studio, the firm responsible for huge swathes of redevelopment in Manchester city centre.
Cassidy hopes to complete the scheme in 2021.
